At Koushicare, we value your satisfaction with our products. That’s why we offer a 30-day free trial period and a one-year warranty. This policy only applies to products purchased directly from Koushicare.com. If you purchased from another retailer, please follow their return policies.

Return and Exchange Policy

30-Day Free Trial Period

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day free trial period:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Eligibility: Products must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item at the Koushicare warehouse, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Fees:
    • For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
    • For quality-related returns, Koushicare will cover the shipping fees and refund the full purchase price.
  • Conditions for Rejection: Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above conditions.
  • Refund Expiry: Refund requests under the 30-day free trial will expire 30 days after the purchase date. We will not issue refunds for non-quality-related claims after this window.

Two-Year Warranty

All Koushicare products come with a two-year limited warranty, restricted to the country where the purchase was originally made. The warranty is voided if items are taken outside the country of purchase or shipped from an authorized online purchase.

  • Coverage: The warranty covers quality-related issues and defects under normal use.
  • Void Warranty: Warranties are voided if a product is fully refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale merchandise or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive the correct product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

  • Approval Notification: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved.
  • Refund Timeline: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Follow-up: If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after we approved it, please contact us at service@koushicare.com, and we will follow up and address the issue.
